EMPLOYER OF RECORDS
Put most simply, the meaning of ‘Employer of Record’ is simply the legal, official, employer of a workforce. In traditional employment, the Employer of Record is simply the legal entity that workers work for. The Employer of Record is a third-party company. In these arrangements, the day-to-day work of the employee is supervised by a client company that is not the Employer of Record.

Tax Management
We are registered with Kenya Revenue Authority to collect taxes from Employee on behalf of KRA. as the employer of staff. We shall deduct taxes based on the KRA requirements which include and not limited to Pay as you earn, National Hospital Insurance Fund, National Social Security Fund, National Industrial Training Authority, Higher Education Loans Board, Housing Levy Fund, Returns with National Employment Authority. We shall also issue the Employee with the Annual Tax certificate to assist the employees with filing their annual returns
Payroll processing
As EOR, we shall process the payroll of all employees in line with the legal requirements applying in this jurisdiction. This includes managing necessary deductions, earnings, expense re-imbursements and leave Management.
Payment method and cycle will follow legal obligations, local custom and the wishes of the client company.
Benefits and social contributions
The EOR registers with pension funds, health insurance, and workers’ compensation providers, and other providers of benefits for employees. This is various options that suit your Benefit Policy.
Employment contracts
We will employ staff under jurisdiction-complaint employment contracts. These may be indefinite, casual, or fixed-term employment contracts.
Termination or re-hire
We will terminate employees, on advice from client companies and when permitted under the law. Similarly, we shall renew contracts on expiration.
